This multifunctional wall mounted pull up and dip bar allows you to perform a variety of body weight exercises. Use it as a pull up bar to do multi gripped pull-ups or as a dip station for dips and leg raises. Built using solid heavy-duty steel, it will support up to 200kg. Incorporate these basic movements to your workout and build some serious strength.
